Building a healthy body and mind has always been important to me. From an early age, I developed a passion for health, nutrition, and living an active lifestyle — something that has stayed with me throughout every stage of my life.
After college, I trained as a personal trainer, but a strong desire to explore the world took me in a different direction. I set off to travel and eventually circumnavigated the globe. When I returned home, life led me into the corporate world, where I spent the next 20 years building a career while juggling the pressures that come with demanding work, long hours, family commitments, and the constant challenge of trying to look after yourself at the same time.
Like many people, I experienced first-hand how easy it is for health and wellbeing to slip to the bottom of the priority list when life becomes busy and stressful.
That experience is what ultimately led me towards health and wellness coaching.
I am currently training towards my Level 5 Health Coaching Diploma, approved by the UK & International Health Coaches Association (UKIHCA) and accredited by the Association for Coaching. My approach combines science-backed nutrition, movement, mindset, and sustainable lifestyle habits with real-world understanding and empathy.
I’m particularly passionate about supporting men with demanding jobs and responsibilities who may feel stretched, exhausted, or like they have lost balance in their lives. I believe health should enhance your life — not become another source of pressure.
As part of completing my qualification, I am currently offering a select number of free coaching sessions. These sessions are an opportunity to receive personalised support while helping me continue developing my coaching practice and experience.
Above all, I want the people I work with to feel supported, understood, and empowered to become the healthiest version of themselves.
